<p>The present invention presents a method for providing a device-participation-based electronic device after-sales service using an SNS server, and according to the method, an SNS account for each electronic device is generated and an element for directly providing, by each electronic device, status information to an after-sales service manager through the SNS account is employed, thereby enabling a service provider to efficiently provide, record and store services and a device user to conveniently receive an after-sales service. Thus, it can be expected that the method will be more useful for the development of home network systems.</p> |
