A leveling and positioning apparatus for a flexible PCB drilling machine comprises position adjusting mechanisms (3), a roller (42), and two rows of positioning mechanisms (5). The positioning mechanism (3) includes two parallel slide rails (31), two sliding seats (32) that can move on the slide rails (31), respectively, and a driving unit (33) for driving the movements of the sliding seats (32). The roller (42) can be driven by the position adjusting mechanism (3) configured to move the roller (42) forwardly, so as to roll a flexible PCB strip (900) arranged on a machining platform (800). The two rows of positioning mechanisms (5) can move to press the flexible PCB strip (900) and the flexible PCB strip (900) is fixed between pressing plates (53) so that the strip (900) is positioned between the two rows of positioning mechanisms (5), on the top surface of the machining platform (800), and with respect to the machining platform (800). |
