The present invention relates to a solar energy collecting device capable of obtaining thermal energy by using solar energy and, more specifically, to a solar energy collecting device including a reflector reflecting incident sunlight; a heat collecting pipe positioned closely to a reflective surface of the reflector to prevent the interference of the solar energy reflected by the curved reflective surface of the reflector and receiving the thermal energy from the reflector to heat exchange; and a heat-absorption plate mounted on the lateral surface of the outer circumference of the heat collecting pipe in the longitudinal to absorb the solar energy reflected by the reflector, improving the efficiency of the solar energy, and preventing dazzling sunlight reflected by the reflector. The purpose of the solar energy collecting device is to supply thermal energy to the heat collecting pipe and to prevent a dazzling phenomenon caused by the sunlight reflected by the reflector.
