<p>The present invention relates to an electrically insulating and thermally conductive polymer composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a molded product including the same. According to the present invention, the electrically insulating and thermally conductive polymer composition has contact between fillers increased, and influences adjacent fillers to improve the orientation of the fillers arranged in a certain orientation by mixing a first filler and a second filler which are the same kind and have different particles sizes, in a thermo-resistant resin; thus filling particles with small particle sizes among particles with relatively large particle sizes. Therefore, the thermal conductivity of the polymer composition is greatly increased even if the polymer composition uses a smaller content of the fillers than an existing polymer composition including fillers with constant sizes. Also, the electrically insulating and thermally conductive polymer composition according to the present invention can be useful in manufacturing a heat-radiating plate, a heat-radiating sheet, etc. used in an electronic component industry, a semiconductor industry, etc. as the electrically insulating and thermally conductive polymer composition can be mass-produced using commercialized fillers at low manufacturing costs via a simple manufacturing method.</p> |
