Disclosed is a crop cultivation system having enhanced work efficiency. The crop cultivation system comprises: a plurality of hanger-type rack parts arranged in two rows; a first longitudinal transfer unit transferring first row rack parts among the hanger-type rack parts in a first longitudinal direction parallel to the row direction; a second longitudinal transfer unit transferring second row rack parts among the hanger-type rack parts in a second longitudinal direction which is a direction opposite to the first longitudinal direction; a first transverse transfer unit transferring a rack part arranged on the outermost end in the first longitudinal direction among the first row rack parts in a first transverse direction and arranging the rack part on the second row; and a second transverse transfer unit transferring a rack part arranged on the outermost end in the second longitudinal direction among the second row rack parts in a second transverse direction which is a direction opposite to the first transverse direction and arranging the rack part on the first row. Accordingly, workers perform cultivation management and harvest work in a position facing a rack part arranged on the outermost end in the first longitudinal direction or in the second longitudinal direction, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
