<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing steamed oat rice cake coated with honeyed red beans and steamed oat rice cake coated with honeyed red beans manufactured by the method, wherein the method is characterized by comprising a step of grinding soaked glutinous rice and oats, steaming, and adding sugar and starch syrup to prepare dough, making the skin of the steamed rice cake coated with honeyed red beans with the prepared dough, and putting fillings of the steamed rice cake coated with honeyed red beans into the prepared skin to make steamed oat rice cake coated with honeyed red beans. The steamed oat rice cake coated with honeyed red beans has excellent taste and texture and contains various functional components of oats thereby being helpful for health improvement.</p> |
