#CMT# #/CMT# The harness (10) has a belt (12) comprising a ventral band. A set of leg loops (24, 26) is connected with each other via a continuous strap (28) that is fixed at the belt. A fixing ring (40) is arranged distinct from the continuous strap and fixed at the belt. The fixing ring surrounds the strap and the ventral band and extends around an axis that is arranged approximately parallel to the ventral band. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Roping harness for climbing (claimed). Can also be used for alpinism and speleology. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The fixing ring is fixed at the belt that surrounds the strap and the ventral band, thus manufacturing the harness in a simple manner, and allowing to correctly position the harness at a trigger guard. The harness is utilized for climbing in a convenient manner.
