The present invention relates to a multi-scale digitizer using a three-dimensional magnetic sensor and a magnetic pen. The present invention includes two or more magnetic sensors inside a recognition device and detects the location of an external input unit by measuring the magnetic variation of the external input unit with magnetic material. The present invention makes a display device slim and light and makes having a separate panel for digitizer unnecessary by implementing the digitizer capable of detecting the location information of the external input unit by using the magnetic sensor installed inside the recognition device.
