USING A CORRUGATED STEEL SOUNDPROOFING TUNNEL

The present invention relates to a soundproof tunnel using corrugated steel plates. For the present invention, corrugated steel plates and light-transmitting plates are alternately combined in the lengthwise direction of a tunnel, wherein the corrugated steel plates are equipped with valleys and peaks formed to be arranged in the lengthwise direction. The corrugated steel plates are repeatedly pressed to each other in the lengthwise direction and combined together using bolts and nuts and, as a result, are formed to have an arch structure. The light-transmitting plates are combined between one side corrugated steel plates and the other side corrugated steel plates using fixating units and, as a result, are formed to have an arch shape. For the fixating unit, a channel-type bending bar having a watertight supporting unit is pressed to the top of each corrugated steel plate and combined together using bolts; the light-transmitting plate combined with a first gasket is inserted into the channel-type bending bar; and an upper reinforcing bar and a lower reinforcing bar individually having a second gasket are pressed to the top and bottom of the corrugated steel plate respectively, and are combined together using bolts. As a result, the present invention is eco-friendly and also has sufficient structural stiffness, thereby improving safety; secures sufficient natural lighting and also has a beautiful exterior, thereby blending in with the surroundings; and enables noise to be reflected by the inner surface of the corrugated steel plates, thereby additionally blocking a noise source.
