<p>The present invention provides a personal terminal linked service providing method in a smart building. The present invention for integrally controlling an information communication device and a sensor installed in the building includes: a process which integrates a wired/wireless communication state between the device and the sensor and received information, stores the information in one database, and updates the information in real time; and a process which supplies a user interface for monitoring and controlling each device and API for interworking with an external system.</p> |
