The present invention relates to an siRNA conjugate into which a multiple ligand is introduced. According to the present invention as above, by introducing a multiple ligand into siRNA, cell attachment and introduction into cells of siRNA is increased even if no gene delivery system or only a small-scale gene delivery system is used. Therefore, gene delivery efficiency and target gene inhibiting efficiency is enhanced, and an effect that allows for simple preparation at high efficiency is realized. Further, by using no gene delivery system or a small-scale gene delivery system having a cationic charge, an effect of preventing non-specific cytotoxicity is realized. |
