The invention relates to a drive having a planetary gearset for providing torque to a rotor (31) or receiving torque from a rotor (32), which can be, in particular, a compressor for increasing the charging pressure, an exhaust gas turbine or a turbocharger of an internal combustion engine, or a flywheel of a flywheel store, the planetary gearset (20; 50) comprising (a) a base (5), (b) a sun gear (23; 53), rotatable about a central axis (Z) in relation to the base (5), (c) a first planet gear (22; 52), rotatable about a planet axis (P) in relation to the base, a second planet gear (22; 52), rotatable about another planet axis (P) in relation to the base, and a third planet gear (22; 52), rotatable about yet another planet axis (P) in relation to the base, which planet gears are arranged around the sun gear (23; 53) and are each in frictional or meshing engagement with the sun gear (23; 53) in order to transfer torque between the sun gear (23; 53) and the planet gears (22; 52), (d) a planet carrier (25; 55) having a first bearing element (26; 56) for the first planet gear (22; 52), a second bearing element (26; 56) for the second planet gear (22; 52), and a third bearing element (26; 56) for the third planet gear (22; 52), and (e) a ring element (21; 51) having an inner circumference, on which the planet gears (22; 52) roll in frictional or meshing engagement, (f) wherein the bearing elements (26; 56) support the planet gears (22; 52) in such a way that the planet gears can be rotated about the planet axes (P), said bearing elements holding the planet gears in position in relation to each other in the circumferential direction, and permitting radial compensation movements of the planet gears (22; 52), (g) wherein the planet gears (22; 52) are each kept in engagement with the sun gear (23; 53) by means of an elastic clamping force and can each be moved radially outward against the clamping force in order to compensate gearset play, thermal expansion, and imbalance. |
