<p>The present invention provides a flexible organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of maximizing anti-humidity through encapsulation using a cover window and side sealing, minimizing a thickness of a flexible organic light emitting diode panel, and maximizing bending characteristics of an active region of the flexible organic light emitting diode panel by individually attaching the flexible organic light emitting diode panel and a back film to a bent cover window. The flexible organic light emitting diode display device comprises a flexible organic light emitting diode panel displaying an image; a cover window attached to a front surface of the flexible organic light emitting diode panel; and a back film attached to a rear surface of the flexible organic light emitting diode panel, wherein the cover window, the flexible organic light emitting diode panel, and the back film are bent on at least one side thereof and an image is also output to the side, and at least one bent edge of the flexible organic light emitting diode panel is side-sealed with a sealant.</p> |
