<p>One purpose of the present invention is to reduce misdiagnosis by a user of an area in an ocular fundus image that is less likely to be affected by changes in lipofuscin over time as an area that exhibits changes in lipofuscin over time. An image processing device according to the present invention comprises: a determination means that determines a first area that is one part of a first ocular fundus image that is obtained by autofluorescence imaging of the ocular fundus of a subject's eye and a second area that is in a position that corresponds to the first area and that is one part of a second ocular fundus image that is obtained by autofluorescence imaging of the ocular fundus of the subject's eye at a time that differs from the time at which the first ocular fundus image is captured; and a conversion means that converts the gradation of at least one of the first and second ocular fundus images on the basis of the pixel values of the first and second areas.</p> |
