<p>The present invention discloses a plume-reducing cooling tower which includes a housing, a filler unit, a spraying unit, a discharging unit, and an exhaust unit. The discharging unit has a plurality of water collecting plates configured to arrange a plurality of water collecting passages in a planar, a discharge electrode inserted in the water collecting passage to cause corona discharge between the water collecting passage and the water collecting plate, a support frame positioned on the water collecting plate to support the discharge electrode so that the discharge electrode is spaced apart from the water collecting plate, and an insulator module supporting the support frame inside water collecting plate so as to electrically insulate the water collecting plate and the discharge electrode.</p> |
