The present invention relates to an instrumentation system for carrying out measurement in response to a trigger signal, and a measuring method of the system. The instrumentation system includes a trigger sensor for generating trigger signals whenever sensing events generated in order; a signal selector which counts the generated trigger signals and selects a signal corresponding to a setting turn out of the counted trigger signals; and a measuring device which carries out measurement in response to the signal selected by the signal selector.
