The present invention provides a 2D/3D switching lenticular lens for a stereoscopic image display device comprising an upper plate which includes; an upper substrate; an upper transparent electrode formed on the lower side of the upper substrate; and a lenticular lens unit wherein a plurality of lenticular lenses formed on the lower side of the upper transparent electrode is arranged in parallel in the transverse direction. The 2D/3D switching lenticular lens for the stereoscopic image display device also comprises; a lower plate including a lower substrate, a lower transparent electrode formed on the upper side of the lower plate, and a lower orientation film formed on the upper side of the lower transparent electrode; and a liquid crystal layer which is included between the upper and lower plates and is driven by an electric field applied from the upper and lower transparent electrodes. A black matrix to prevent a cross talk by the diffraction of light is formed on the lower side of a connection unit of each of the lenticular lenses.
