Provided is a structure for the lower part of a vehicle body, the structure being configured so that, even if a load is applied from an obstacle on a road surface to an end of a support plate, the occurrence of a crack in the support plate is prevented or reduced. A stack frame (30) is provided with support sections (32) to which the lower surfaces of the flanges (20C) of metallic plate parts (20) are affixed through adhesion layers (24). Extended end sections (34) which are extended from the support sections (32) are formed at the front end and rear end of the stack frame (30). Sloped sections (40) are formed at the extended end sections (34) of the stack frame (30) such that the sloped sections (40) are bent upward of a vehicle body from extended sections (36), which are extended from the support sections (32), and such that the sloped sections (40) are tilted in the direction in which the sloped sections (40) are separated from the flanges (20C) of the metallic plate parts (20).
