The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus of a supplementary mat for vehicle, which is to increase user convenience by firmly coupling a clip upper plate and a clip lower plate so that when the supplementary mat is lifted, the clip upper plate is not lifted together. The fixing apparatus of supplementary mat includes: a main mat having an installation hole and being installed on the floor of a vehicle; a clip lower plate having a supporting unit, which protrudes upwards by being inserted into the installation hole, in the center of a contacting unit coming into contact with the bottom of the main mat, and a spiral combining unit of which the diameter is bigger than that of the supporting unit on the upper part of the supporting unit; a clip upper plate which is assembled with the clip lower plate on the surface of the main mat and has a protruding opening into which the supporting unit and the spiral combining unit are inserted on the center of a flange unit; and a supplementary mat. |
