a scannable code on the package; a video describing features and operation of the product, the video stored at a particular website address (URL) accessible by scanning the scannable code with a handheld device, wherein the video describes features and operation of the product prior to use of the product; a salesperson card including a second scannable code, wherein the second scannable code connects to a sales directed website not viewable by a consumer.
