1. A silicone-free shampoo composition comprising:
(a) about 5-20% by weight, based on the composition, anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate/lauryl glucoside, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, and sodium C12-15 pareth-15 sulfonate, (b) about 0.5-10% by weight, based on the composition, of a microemulsion comprising:
(i) about 10-20% by weight, based on the microemulsion, of decyl glucoside,(ii) about 4-10% by weight, based on the microemulsion, of glyceryl oleate,(iii) about 5-30% by weight, based on the microemulsion, of dicaprylyl ether, and(iv) the remainder to 100% by weight, based on the microemulsion, of water; and (c) about 0.05-1% by weight, based on the composition, cationic polymer selected from the group consisting of polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10 and guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride. |
