a chassis for housing an optical element and for including a hole that connects to an optical fiber; and a heat dissipation plate for including a cutout part, the heat dissipation plate being arranged on an upper part of the chassis, wherein the optical fiber passes through the hole to reach outside of the chassis, curves towards the heat dissipation plate, and passes through the cutout part.
