摘要 <p>Disclosed are an apparatus for preparing a coolant additive for a vehicle by using a low temperature plasma process, and a preparation method using the same. An apparatus for preparing a coolant additive for a vehicle by using a low temperature plasma process according to the present invention includes a liquid separating means, a mixing means, a means for performing a low temperature plasma process, and a rapid cooling means. Here, the means for performing a low temperature plasma process includes an ozone generator which is connected to a transfer pipe transferring a liquid from a mixing tank to the reaction tube, and generates ozone by a low temperature plasma process to dissolve the ozone in the liquid passing through the transfer pipe; a reaction tube including a quartz tube connected to the mixing tank through the transfer pipe, and a spiral titanium panel which is inserted into the quartz tube and formed of titanium; and a UV lamp irradiating the reaction tube with a UV ray.</p>
