The present invention relates to an agricultural electric warm air heater for maintaining uniform temperature of the inside of a horticulture facility, which is characterized by comprising a case divided into an absorbing space including multiple air inlets and a discharging space including multiple warm air outlets; a partition dividing the absorbing space and the discharging space of the case and including an air passing hole connecting the absorbing space and the discharging space on the center; a blower moving air flowing into the absorbing space through the air inlets to the discharging space through the air passing hole to be discharged through the warm air outlet; a driving motor driving the blower; a PTC heater installed on the absorbing space or the discharging space to heat the air flowing into the inside of the case; and a controller controlling the PTC heater and the driving motor. Therefore, the agricultural electric warm air heater according to an embodiment of the present invention has the air inlet located on the upper side of the warm air outlet to reduce energy consumption needed for heating by using heat waste in the air, and can be used by being located upside-down to form an optimal vegetation environment according to the type of crops.
