The present invention relates to a sunlight collecting apparatus capable of controlling the focus and a hybrid lighting system using the same. The sunlight collecting apparatus includes a light receiving module, a case which has an opening part on one side thereof and combines the light receiving module by forming a through hole on the bottom surface corresponding to the opening part, and a collection module which is installed on the upper side of the case to be lifted, controls a distance from the light receiving module, and emits the sunlight to the light receiving module by collecting the sunlight. Accordingly, the focus of the sunlight inputted from the collection module is easily controlled by controlling a distance between the collection module and the light receiving module.
