The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes: a plurality of pixels having a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area, which are formed on the upper part of a first substrate; and a reflexive member provided in a side of a second substrate to face the first substrate and having an opening unit corresponding to the light emitting area, and a reflexive unit corresponding to the non-light emitting area. Each of the pixels includes a first electrode formed on the light emitting area; an organic layer formed on the upper part of the first electrode and having a light emitting layer; a second electrode formed on the upper part of the organic layer and facing the first electrode; and a pixel defining layer.
