FIELD: measurement technology.SUBSTANCE: crane strain gage balance contain the load unit, built-in into the housing, load measurement unit, battery unit. The load unit itself is a weight measuring strain gage analog sensor with the digital temperature sensor, connected with power units. The load measurement unit is formed by the analogue-to-digital converter, microprocessor, storage device, radiomodem with the radio channel antenna, and the solar cells are connected through a charger to the battery unit. The weight measuring strain gage analogue sensor through its output is connected with the input of the analogue-to-digital converter, which through its output is connected to the first input of the microprocessor, and the digital temperature sensor is connected through its output to the second input of the microprocessor. The microprocessor through its inputs and outputs is connected also to inputs and outputs of the storage device and modem, and through the third input it is connected to the battery output, connected through the input to the output of the charging device, connected with solar batteries.EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy, simplification of device.7 cl, 7 dwg |
