FIELD: motors and pumps.SUBSTANCE: bellows borehole pump contains the modular cylindrical body 1. In the bottom part of the body 1 the plunger 4 with the return spring 6, piston 7 with the rod 8 is located. In the middle part of the body 1 the phase separator designed as a metal bellows 11 is located, one end of which is fixed in the stepped hole of the pump body 1, and second is tightly covered by round plate 15, which is rigidly connected to the rod 8 of the piston 7. In the top part of the body 1 the valve block 16 is installed with two parallel channels 17 and 18 for arranging of suction and injection valves 19 and 20 respectively. From the one side the channels 17 and 18 of the valve block 16 are connected with the cavity of the bellows 11, from the other side the channels 17 and 18 of the valve block 16 are connected with suction and injection branch pipes 23 and 24 respectively. The suction tube 23 and body 1 of the pump have respectively the holes 25 and 31 for intake of formation fluid. The output of the injection branch pipe 24 is connected with the pump output.EFFECT: improvement of reliability, maintainability, convenience of mounting, resource of the pump operation.8 cl, 1 dwg |
