PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action proposal device capable of carrying out action proposal which is to be an action matching the pace of a user.SOLUTION: An allowance for a user's action density is learned and the allowance for action density which is learned and acquired action density for a user for a unit period (one day or one month) including idle time are compared (S91, S92). Whether or not the idle time should be filled is determined according to this comparison (S93). Thus determination is made that the idle time should not be filled when filling of the idle time exceeds the allowance for action density for the user even when the idle time exists. On the other hand, an action proposal for a possible action within a proposed period is made by determining that the idle time is one that is capable of being filled when not exceeding the action density for the user even when the idle time is filled. |
