<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accelerated particle irradiation facility for which a particle accelerator and an irradiation device can be efficiently installed at a predetermined site.SOLUTION: A particle beam therapy facility 1A installed at a building 6A having a hierarchical structure of a plurality of floors, comprises: a cyclotron 2 for generating a proton beam; a rotary gantry 3 irradiating the proton beam generated by the cyclotron 2 while being installed on at least one of upper and lower floors of a floor where the cyclotron 2 is installed; and an induction line 4 for inducing the proton beam generated by the cyclotron 2 to the rotary gantry 3. The induction line 4 communicates to the cyclotron 2 and extends horizontally, and curves toward a vertical direction, then curves to the horizontal direction again to communicate to the rotary gantry 3 while being installed on a virtual flat surface PL which extends along the vertical direction.</p> |
