A method of reducing drug resistance in a subject undergoing cancer treatment, said method comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of (2-(4-Methoxyphenyl)quinolin-4-yl)(piperidin-2-yl)methanol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, thereby reducing drug resistance in said subject.
