PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a PUCCH region (ACK/NACK resource number) in an uplink unit band without increasing signaling even in the case where multiple response signals to downlink line data transmitted at each of multiple downlink unit bands are transmitted at one uplink unit band.SOLUTION: A terminal 200 comprises: a receiving unit that receives a first PDCCH including a first transmission power control field and a PDSCH including downlink data at a first component carrier (CC), and receives a second PDCCH including a second transmission power control field at a second CC; a mapping unit that identifies a PUCCH resource of an uplink control channel at the first CC used in transmission of a response signal to the downlink data at the first CC by use of the second transmission power control field, and maps the response signal to the identified PUCCH resource; and a transmitting unit that controls transmission power of the uplink control channel at the first CC by use of the first transmission power control field.
