The present invention relates to an anti-wrinkling or skin whitening raw material compound-hydrophilic smectite clay mineral composite, a method for preparing the same, and a functional cosmetic product containing the anti-wrinkling or skin whitening raw material compound-hydrophilic smectite clay mineral composite. The functional composite, in which an anti-wrinkling or skin whitening raw materials are substituted between layers of hydrophilic smectite clay minerals, is prepared by using an intercalation reaction, thereby ameliorating skin wrinkles having low photo-thermal stability or preventing the degeneration of the raw material compound, and thus maintaining characteristics of the functional raw materials and enhancing stability. Furthermore, when a functional cosmetic product containing the anti-wrinkling or skin whitening raw material compound-hydrophilic smectite clay mineral composite is manufactured, the functional cosmetic product can be manufactured to have excellent photo-thermal stability and a color difference value (Δε) of 1.0 or less, after 48 hours from the irradiation with a light source.
