Provided in the present invention are a novel compound including five-membered hetero ring, which improves light emitting efficiency, stability, and lifetime of element, and an organic electronic element and an electronic device using the same. In one aspect, provided is a compound represented by following chemical formula. In another aspect, provided are an organic electronic element and an electronic device using the compound represented by the chemical formula. The compound according to the present invention is used to lower driving voltage of the device, and significantly increase color purity, light emitting efficiency, and lifetime of the same.
