A light guide panel and a backlight module using the light guide panel, and a display device. The light guide panel (32) is used for guiding light rays emitted by an LED lamp (352) on an LED light bar (35); a groove (38) is arranged on a light-in surface (381) at the side of the light guide panel (32); and when the LED lamp (352) is clamped in the groove (38), a light-emitting centre line (353) of the LED lamp (352) coincides with a light-receiving centre line (322) of the light guide panel (32). The backlight module comprises the light guide panel (32), and the display device comprises the above-mentioned backlight module.
