PURPOSE: A testing system of a forming limit diagram for panels is provided to accurately depict four kinds of transformation mode by extending a sample with uniform load and deformation. CONSTITUTION: A testing system of a forming limit diagram for panels comprises a specimen tension device(13), a hydraulic cylinder(11), a load cell(12), and a load controller. The specimen tension device stretches the specimen with uniform load and strain speed. The hydraulic cylinder offers the power in order to move the specimen tension device to the top and bottom. When the load cell extends specimen with the specimen tension device, the crack of specimen is sensed. Until the crack is created in specimen, the load is increased, and the main or sub strain around the crack is measured. |
