SOLUTION: A digital video signal generation section 10 decodes a digital video signal A1, outputs a decoded digital video signal C1 to a first signal conversion section, and output a synchronizing signal B1 to a second signal source. An operation video signal generation section 11 outputs a synchronizing operation screen signal C2 in which the synchronizing signal B1 is synchronized with an operation screen signal A2 to a second signal conversion section. The first signal conversion section converts the decoded digital video signal C1 to an analog signal by a NTSC conversion section 12, modulates it by a modulating section 13, converts it to an optical signal F1 by an optical sending section 14, and sends it. The second signal conversion section processes the synchronizing operation screen signal C2 in the same way as the first signal conversion section, and sends an optical signal F2. A first signal detecting section receives optical signals F1, F2 synchronized and outputted by the optical receiving section 15, demodulates modulated video/operation signal G1 synthesized with a modulated video signal E1 and a modulated operation signal E2 by a demodulation section 16, and outputs a video/operation synthesizing signal H1.
