The present invention relates to a fuel line structure of a clean engine having an attractive appearance and capable of facilitating maintenance and repair. Particularly, the fuel supply line of a clean engine modularizes pipes of fuel and air supplied to and discharged from an engine, thereby providing an attractive appearance and facilitating maintenance and repair. According to the present invention, the fuel line structure of a clean engine forms a fuel supply line and a fuel discharge line by connecting blocks, having a fuel supply hole and a fuel discharge hole formed in the longitudinal direction, in the longitudinal direction to form a supply line supplying fuel to a high-pressure fuel pump mounted on a ship engine and a discharge line, wherein a flow channel extended to the high-pressure fuel pump is extended to the fuel supply hole, and the flow channel extended to the high-pressure fuel pump is extended to the fuel discharge hole.
