<p>Disclosed is an apparatus for purifying graphite powder using electromagnetic wave plasma. The apparatus for purifying graphite powder according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electromagnetic wave supply unit oscillating an electromagnetic wave having a preset frequency; a discharge tube generating plasma inside a vortex gas by using the electromagnetic wave supplied from the electromagnetic wave supply unit; an ignition unit supplying, into the discharge tube, initial electrons for generating the plasma; a vortex gas supply unit supplying the vortex gas to the discharge tube; a reactor in which the high temperature plasma is injected to purify graphite powder by a high-temperature gas; a graphite supply unit supplying, to the reactor, graphite powder to be purified; a graphite cooling unit formed on an upper end of the reactor, and cooling the graphite powder purified in the reactor to an appropriate temperature or less; and a graphite capture unit capturing the graphite powder that is purified in the reactor and cooled through the graphite cooling unit.</p> |
