<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent freshness of information from degrading and provide a processing outcome of information more quickly. <P>SOLUTION: An idea generation support device 10 is equipped with: operation means 13 for receiving information input by each user and displaying the information on a display in an input phase, and receiving a processing request input by each user, processing the input information in the input phase and displaying the processed information on the display in a process phase; state management means 11 for monitoring a state of each phase and transmitting a phase change notice when a phase transition condition is met. The operation means 13 switches from the input phase to the process phase or from the process phase to the input phase when the phase change notice is received.
