<p>A control structure applicable in an electric oven, constituted primarily by a control unit (10), a heating power adjustment processing unit (20), a heating apparatus (30), and a sensing apparatus (40). The control unit (10) comprises a power supply module (11), an operating panel (12), a processing module (13), a memory module (14), and a display module (15) that are connected by a PCB. The heating power adjustment processing unit (20) comprises a signal input end and a signal output end. The signal input end is electrically connected to the processing module (13), while the signal output end is connected to the heating apparatus (30). The heating apparatus (30) adjusts heating power via the heating power adjustment processing unit (20) and comprises an upper heating tube (31) and a lower heating tube (33). Also, the sensing apparatus (40) is arranged within an oven lining and is connected to the processing module (13).</p> |
