The valve assembly (100) is secured to the stent (10) in such a manner that, in at least one section of the prosthetic heart valve (1), a relative movement between the stent (10) and the tissue material of the valve assembly (100) in the longitudinal direction of the stent (10) is allowed when transferring the stent (10) from its expanded condition into its collapsed condition and vice versa.</p> |
