<p>Disclosed is a novel plant fiber extruder, comprising an extrusion head and a die cavity bounded by die plates, the extrusion head reciprocating in a stroke cavity of the die cavity, and the die cavity being successively formed by the stroke cavity, an extrusion cavity, a shaping and coating cavity, and a heating and curing cavity. The present invention is applicable to production of an extruder which is internally provided with a reinforcing rib, is coated with a waterproof surface layer on the outer surface, is of a non-hierarchical structure in a longitudinal direction, and is efficient in heating and drying, and an extruded product with the extruded plant fiber is high in intensity, is of a non-hierarchical structure in a longitudinal direction, has a smooth surface, and achieves a desirable waterproof effect. Moreover, the solution on the waterproof surface layer can wet the product during the production, and the product is evenly and rapidly heated during microwave heating and drying, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.</p> |
