The present invention relates to a method for accessing a nonvolatile memory device which is used by a user device including the nonvolatile memory device. The method includes the steps of: receiving a write request; detecting at least one of the application which issued the write request, user context, queue size of the write buffer, attributes of the target data of the write request, and operation mode of the user device; and determining one of the multiple write modes to write the target data on the nonvolatile memory device by referring to the detected information. The nonvolatile memory device is set to be operated with different program voltages and verification voltage sets for the respective write modes.
