The present invention provides a method for joining steel pipes, comprising: a coupling plate preparing step for preparing a coupling plate (110) formed with a plurality of coupling holes (111); a coupling plate coupling step for coupling the coupling plate (110) to the end portions of both side steel pipes (100) to be joined; an opening part forming step for respectively forming opening parts (120) in the both side steel pipes (100); a coupling member fastening step for fastening coupling members (200) into the coupling holes (111) of the coupling plates (110) of the both steel pipes (100) through the opening parts (120); and an opening part closing step for closing the opening parts (120) of the both side steel pipes (100), wherein the possibilities of interference with respect to other structures is decreased and the integral structure can be realized on the whole. |
