<p>The present invention relates to a mold casting apparatus and a method thereof. More specifically, the said invention relates to a mold casting apparatus capable of removing or minimizing a pore formed by bubble generated inside a mold and on the surface of a mold, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mold casting apparatus comprises: a lower press; a lower die installed in the lower press having a concave part to form a mold; an upper die having a pressing part corresponding to the concave part on the side facing the lower die having a protruding part protruding toward the lower die in the pressing part; an upper press to support the upper die on the upper part of the upper die; and a press module to lift and lower the upper press. Moreover, the pressing part of the upper die is formed to press a mold material by lowering the upper press by operating the press module after the mold material is inserted into the concave part of the lower die. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of removing or minimizing a pore formed by bubble generated inside a mold and on the surface of a mold to form a shape of the mold such as a flange.</p> |
