<p>The present invention relates to a strength training device, and more specifically, to a strength training device for a whole body exercise machine, wherein the strength training device is installed at the whole body exercise machine to interlock with whole body exercise. According to the present invention, the strength training device for a whole body exercise machine is disposed in the front of an upper body exercise part of the whole body exercise machine in which the upper body exercise part, a waist exercise part, and a lower body exercise part are sequentially mounted on a base frame; handles are formed at both sides of the strength training device; a variable force elastic body is linearly extended from the handles; a fixing pole is fixed to the base frame vertically downward from the center of the variable force elastic body; and the positions and postures of arms holding the handles and shoulders are varied according to the rotating seesaw movement and horizontal linear movement of the upper body exercise part.</p> |
