The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting a waist part size of bottoms, wherein the apparatus has a small thickness and is disposed at a waist part of bottoms, such as a trousers or a skirt, so that a waist part size can be simply and freely adjusted within a predetermined range while giving no uncomfortableness to a human body. An apparatus for adjusting a waist part size of bottoms according to the present invention comprises: a main body disposed at an overlapped portion of an inner waist part and an outer waist part which are formed by cutting an adequate portion of a waist part of a bottom and fixed to the overlapped portion of the outer waist part; an inner fixed rail fixedly disposed at the overlapped portion of the inner waist part, and laterally sliding in the main body while the inner waist part is being supported thereby; an outer fixation clip for fixing the main body to the overlapped portion of the outer waist part; and a latch key for locking or unlocking the inner fixed rail with respect to the main body, wherein a lower concavo-convex part having a plurality of concavo-convex portions is formed under the inner fixed rail, and a plate spring for latching, which upwardly pushes a locking protrusion disposed at a lower portion of the latch key toward a concave groove of the lower concavo-convex part when no external force is applied, is disposed at a lower portion of the main body. |
