The invention relates to a clip applicator for ligature clips, in particular for laparoscopy operations, consisting of a tubular rod at whose one end there is a two-part scissor-like grip and at whose opposite end there are clamping jaws for holding a clip, the one grip part of the scissor-like grip being connected in a fixed manner to the one part of the rod, while the other grip part causes a closure of the clamping jaws when both grip parts are moved relative to one another counter to a spring pressure about their pivot axis lying below and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tubular rod, which applicator is characterised in that there is movably arranged, in the tubular rod (2), a recovery wire (30) whose front or proximal end (32) is designed in the shape of a hook and lies in the rest position alongside the clamping jaws (24, 26) with the hook open upwards, while the rear or distal end (34) of the recovery wire (30) in the area of the grip (4) is connected to an activation lever (36) projecting from the tubular rod (2). <IMAGE> |
