The present invention provides a light lamp having a rotating shade for light pollution prevention in which light leaked to the outside of a lighting area intended to be shined is shield and limited by adjusting an angle of a rotating shade that is hinge-coupled to a fixing shade, thereby preventing light pollution from occurring. The light lamp having the rotating shade for light pollution prevention, which is the light lamp installed on an arm support of a light pole according to embodiment of the present invention includes: a lamp housing connected and fixed to an end of the arm support; a transparent light cover disposed on a front surface of the lamp housing; a fixing shade disposed on one side of the lamp disposed in the lamp housing and closely-attached to the lamp housing or the transparent light cover; and at least one rotating shade hinge-coupled to both ends of the fixing shade and slidably surface-contact the fixing shade in the same radius of curvature with respect to a hinge shaft, the at least one rotating shade being vertically spread in a rotation manner in a predetermined angle or being folded, wherein the fixing shade includes: a fixing shade base; and a fixing shade emission plate erected on a top surface of the fixing shade base and having hinge holes on both ends thereof, wherein each of the fixing shade and the rotating shade has a U shape or an arc shape. |
